[ The message starts with a frustrated groan. Ange can be seen - looking very much like the usual, though she's exchanged the usual bubble-shaped hair accessoires for ribbons this time around. The only thing that's different from the usual is that her hands, which can be seen on the feed as she gestures, are covered entirely in some sort of unknown dark red substance, even down past her wrists. ]

Listen. Surely you guys have also all been noticing that more of the locals have started to get weirdly corrupted too. I'm not sure if anyone else was able to tell, but most of the corrupted ones I've seen also seemed injured, which means it might not be a coincidence that they got that black stuff on them.

[ The girl frowns. Even though her emotion might not be super strong, it's still definitely more emotion than Ange tends to show - the girl always so emotionless and flat. Right now she doesn't seem like that at all though, instead just plainly annoyed. ]

Get what I'm saying? It feels like someone is causing that. On purpose. And I swear to god, if it's any of you making stuff even more difficult for all of us when it already feels like this place is going to hell in a handbasket, then you really got another thing coming! [ It might not be the most ominous statement when said by a teenage girl wearing cute hair accessoires..

.. but she does have hands that seem like. You know. Covered in blood. Right as she says that and aggressively waves her hands around with annoyance. ]

Especially you, Jinx! I told you!

[ The girl moves her hand up her cheek and into her hair with annoyance, and it hits her a moment too late that it means she indeed got the red stuff all over her cheek now too. It makes her let out another annoyed groan, but then she sighs and tries to settle her emotions a bit. ]

Ugh. Whatever. I had a second point too. [ The feed moves, the angle tilting enough to show what's behind Ange - a red circle on the floor with an odd symbol in it.

If you've seen any horror movie at all, that's clearly a demonic circle. ]

Does anyone else have experience with these? I need someone to double check for me whether I'm missing anything.

so like at what point do you figure out that you like someone that's already been your friend? i mean, i've had crushes on people before but what if it doesn't feel like that? but you think they're not just your friend either? how do you know how to label what?

do you even do anything at all? or say anything? what if it becomes all weird or something? not that i think i could ruin anything but what if i hurt someone by accident? especially when they like other people too. makes me kind of think i should leave it alone, yeah?

Good evening everyone.

My name is Goro Akechi. Some of you might already know me, seeing this marks as the seventh month for me here in Aldrip. I have been collecting and documenting information about this world, all while pursuing the truth behind our presence here. But first things first:

[TLDR: The Council, Sentencing, Legal Advise!]

I believe most of us were surprised by the sudden emergence of governmental power called 'The Council' and their lackey 'Jerry.' However, I do believe their arrival, along with this 'Sentencing' program matches the mood of the town ever since leaving the maze. We, the so-called Chosen, have been treated with suspicion and distrust. It could very well be that it is locals' reaction that summoned the authority figures.

But speaking of the Sentencing. Me and another individual, Osamu Dazai, have established a Law Consultation Agency to help those who have been picked to by the program. We both have worked as investigators and along with those who are dealing with law in our own worlds, so I believe our experience could help those who are stuck with these abrupt tasks set by the council. I'd appreciate if those who have had the run-in with Jerry or the Council were to approach us and share their experiences.

So far, they have been reluctant to give us any clear criminal code, which leads me to believe that there isn't one. Despite being granted a grand sounding title as The Chosen it is important to remember that we aren't citizens here, exactly. Meaning we don't enjoy the same privileges as the locals here. Whether that means we are merely prisoners or if there another reason for our presence here? That I don't know of. But at the moment all the signs indicate that we aren't the first group of 'Chosen' to have brought into this world.

[Levi has to steel himself before he manages to post this. Remind himself that it was okay, he wasn't going to be in charge of anyone and its fine to ask for help. And that dealing with this sooner rather than later would probably end up saving trouble rather than causing it. Still, the voice that comes over the network is timid and unsure sounding.]

I-I don't know how many people noticed...or if its old a-and people know about it already.

[Fuck, what if everyone who'd been her already knew about the bunker? He shouldn't have--no. No, if they did they could just tell him what is was. He takes a deep breath and starts again.]

We found a bunker out in the woods. Its surrounded by fences and guns and looks like it might be trouble. But we can't watch it all the time s-so I, uh...I wanted to ask if anyone else wanted to, um, help. Or knows anything about it. It was in the area with the weird animals.

[At least, he thinks they're all weird. Some might still be normal for here.]

[ The video, hologram, or whatever you want to call it begins with Mitama standing in front of a building that may look unfamiliar to people who have been in Aldrip for a long time, obviously excited to be addressing everyone. ]

Why, hello there! Some of you may already know me, but for those who don't, my name is Mitama Yakumo and I'm a magical girl!

[ Just like that. Most, if not all girls of her world would never reveal their secret, least of all in such a flippant way, but Mitama is way past pretending she's a normal girl, especially when she's got important business related to her abilities. ]

Now, some of you may be wondering what a magical girl is... Allow me to demonstrate!

[ She presents a small, egg-shaped, blue gem to the camera, and as the object starts to shine, Mitama begins her transformation. You know the type ─ one with pretty choreography and fancy magical lights that conveniently help to keep any potential nudity to PG levels as parts of her costume pop into existence one after another. It might be a little shameless, but the girl is clearly having fun with it, and once she finishes, she's standing in her full magical girl attire. ]

As you can see, I'm the real deal! And today is your lucky day, as I am officially offering my humble services as the Coordinator to all of the Chosen! [ She winks at the camera. ] That's right! The Coordinator's Shop is open for business here in Aldrip!

[ She points to the building behind her, making sure to show the surrounding area too; now people who know Aldrip well will definitely realize it wasn't there until a little while ago. But Mitama doesn't waste time explaining that, and instead focuses on what truly matters: her work. ]

What is a Coordinator, you might ask? Well! My magic allows me to strengthen the abilities and enhance skills of other people~ That's right, I'm talking about you! Ever wished you could be more powerful, but you feel like you've reached the limit of your development? Would you like to tap into your hidden potential, but don't know how to do that? That's where the amazing Miss Coordinator comes in!

[ She twirls on the spot and bows to the camera to indicate the title means her. But before she continues, her expression changes for a moment, showing a bit of disbelief and concern. ]

"Oh, but wise and beautiful Miss Coordinator," I hear you say, "how do I know your powers of adjustment can help enhance my skills?"

[ The girl claps her hands together enthusiastically, not deterred by this potential doubt that some might voice in the slightest. ]

An excellent question, imaginary audience member and potential client! You see, in order to celebrate the opening of the shop, for the whole month of October, I will perform a simple screening session to determine how I can assist you completely for free! And that's not all! For the first week, that is until October 14th, all adjustment services will be offered at half the price! A chance like that might not happen ever again, so you better hurry up!

[ She leans forward, pretending she's hearing something from the charm, before continuing. ]

What's this? You're still hesitant to try it? Well, this won't do! How about this, then? The very first person who visits my shop today will receive a whole single adjustment session, free of charge! I'll see you there~

[Usagi has a notebook in front of her as she sits in her room at the inn. She taps her pencil against her nose, an unseen list in front of her.]

So, back home, when a WHOLE TOWN suddenly went from super nice to super nasty it was usually some sort of mind control. So what do you think? Witches, aliens, monsters, or something else?

That said, we're not exactly HELPING our case with committing crimes here.

[She stares, unimpressed at the camera of the tablet.]

So, I think we should also patrol to help with the crime rate, since, you know, we're stuck living here and we should try to make our lives and the lives of others better not harder for everyone... Especially not making the people who, up until this point, have been very kind to us, HATE US. But more than that, we might not be as quick to accuse someone of something for just existing inside of a store.

With all that said, I guess who wants to patrol with me?

And if no one wants to that's okay. You'll see me around anyway. Whether that means like, at odds or not is an up to you situation, I guess. [Usagi's statement certainly SOUNDS like an empty threat. She's not even 100 pounds when wet, but here she is, very clearly saying she's going to try and help.]

So, guess who recently got a house?

[Him, that's the answer. Scott's surprised that it's actually happening, because he sort of just requested a house and figured they would shoot him down, but he's gotten blueprints and everything, so it's going to be a thing. It'll just take another week or so.]

And what does anyone do when they get a house? Obviously, they throw a party. So, I'm inviting all the Chosen to come over, bring food and drinks, whatever you think will be fun-- oh and presents too, because it's my birthday. I mean, it's passed now, but whatever, you can still celebrate it with me. It'll be in week when the house is done.

[He's not completely serious about the present stuff. Just somewhat.

Maybe all this will help people take their minds off the maze. He's seen how exhausted his friends are and this is the best idea that he could up with. Plus, getting away from the stupid locals that are all being dicks for some reason. It's been draining him.]
